As it celebrates its hundredth anniversary this year, British Vogue has for the first time in its history allowed cameras to film behind closed doors, granting viewers the privilege of seeing what goes on in the office of one of the world’s most iconic magazines.

Since 2004 the originally Swedish store, H&M has been collaborating with designers worldwide from Karl Lagerfeld to Alexander Wang to create their unique designer collections, and this year the popular brand chose to collaborate with Parisian fashion house Kenzo. According to H&M, Kenzo’s creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, immediately said “yes” when asked if they would collaborate with the brand, with Leon saying: “we wanted to really tell the story of the brand and of us. Together with H&M, we will invite all the customers and fans to the real Kenzo world”.
The latest edition of Première Vision Paris has confirmed it: a carnival of colours and Gucci logo prints has influenced the whole industry. Sousou is a Japanese brand created in the 80s by Katsuji Wakisaka, one of the textile designers of the famous Finnish firm, Marimekko. That explains the likeness in the prints’ lively colours, the large solid colours and the innocent and poetic features in the drawings. Sousou’s aesthetic combines Marimekko’s fresh colours with traditional Japanese clothes.

Tre is a young Finnish brand created by the designer Tomek Rygalik. His collections consist of simple, honest and timeless objects to use every day. Designers and producers worldwide give body to his “slow life” concept, which he explains by saying: “An agreeable life depends on how much we reject the things that we don’t need. We believe that the simplest things are worth more than the other things.”
