GENERAL QUESTIONS
How to purchase a product?
Payment can be made by check, money order or directly online by credit card.
1. Payment by check or money order : Once product selection is made, print out the completed order form. Send order form with check or money order to:

2. Payment on-line : Payment can be made online with a credit card by opening an “e-product client account”, after product selection. This is a fully secured transaction and allows for download of chosen product immediately.
How to download the product?
Product can be downloaded once purchase is completed. You will be directed to the “Products Purchased” page of your client account. Select the product to be downloaded (example: HPP English, French, Japanese or Chinese version).The compressed file will be downloaded.

How to open a downloaded file?
The downloaded file will be compressed. It will need to be uncompressed to be opened. Two versions (HPP_MAC.exe or HPP_PC.exe) will be provided in the file. Click on the corresponding file.
Careful:
- Do not move the “Media” file.
- When naming the file, do not use any accents, comas, exclamation points or dashes. This could prevent the animation application from opening.
How to download an invoice?
Invoices can be downloaded by clicking on « Print Invoice » in your client account.

HPP QUESTIONS
Is the product MAC or PC compatible?
All of our products are both MAC and PC compatible. Two versions (HPP_MAC.exe or HPP_PC.exe) will be provided in the file. Click on the corresponding file.
Careful:
- Do not move the “Media” file.
What is the content of this product?
HPP (High Priority Product) is a bimonthly guide with updates on the ready-to-wear Women’s collections. This is the perfect inspirational tool for developing collections. HPP is composed of a marketing section, three collection themes and the “Global News” report.
1. Marketing editorial: The marketing editorial includes economic updates on the markets featured in the themes chosen by Promostyl.
2. The Three Themes :
- A Trend to follow: Promostyl explores the ways in which one can renew and expand on an existing and relevant trend.
- A « Not-to-be-missed » trend: Promostyl identifies a trend that is growing internationally and how to integrate it into upcoming collections.
- A Trend to be tried: An emerging trend in the Women’s ready-to-wear market.
The HPP includes over thirty technical drawings of products throughout the Three Themes. Each product is explored in-depth through archival references and reporting.
For each theme, Promostyl proposes exclusive creations that include technical drawings, silhouettes, accessories, graphics, Pantone color references and fabrics. HPP covers the complete range of Women’s wear, from casual to chic.
3. Global news : In the last section, Promostyl reports on cultural events that reflect the themes: worldwide exhibits, boutique openings and other significant socio-cultural influences.
In what languages is this product available?
HPP is available in French, English, Japanese and Chinese. A language selection can be made once product is purchased and before downloading.
Can the product be printed?
Each issue of HPP can be printed. Click on, “Print Page”.
Are yearly subscriptions available?
Purchase is available per issue (300 euros plus tax) or as a yearly subscription of 5 issues.

LThe Fabrics « Must Haves » is a report on the international textile fairs. The information is divided into Promostyl’s 4 seasonal trends with a selection of 100 of the most relevant fabrics in the Men’s, Women’s and Children’s market.
